iTICKET Express Competition Terms & Conditions
  1. Information published by ITICKET.CO.NZ Limited (iTICKET Express) on how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry.
  2. The competition is open to iTICKET Express registered users and/or Facebook fans and/or Twitter Followers, excluding employees of iTICKET Express and companies associated with this competition. Also excluded are all people under the age of 18 years, but only where the prize incorporates R18 events, alcohol or any other matter or substance which is, or would be deemed to be, illegal to supply to a person under the age of 18 years.
  3. Entry to the competition is achieved by emailing iTICKET Express.
  4. One entry per person only.
  5. Only completed entries will be entered into the prize draw.
  6. iTICKET Express' decision on all matters regarding the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. iTICKET Express reserves the right to extend, change or terminate this competition at any time.
  7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. iTICKET Express accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
  8. iTICKET Express will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the competition or prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  9. Additional expenses such as travel costs, accommodation, spending money, meals, beverages, insurance and all other ancillary costs are not included in the prize package and are the responsibility of the winner.
  10. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
  11. By entering the competition you accept all these terms and conditions.
  12. Your personal information is held by iTICKET Express, the Producer and/or the Venue whose event you are entering competitions for. It will not be sold or passed on to any other party.
