The inaugural Tauranga Mid-Winter Christmas Market will be an opportunity for Kiwis to experience a traditional cold, festive celebration the way millions of people around the world do! People can wrap up in their warm winter clothes, wander through magical markets shopping for special presents, drink mulled wine, and enjoy Christmas food & treats!

There will be a variety of market stalls and an event stage boasting live entertainment from Kokomo, Left Hand Brake, Luke Thompson and other community groups & choirs.

A beautiful nativity scene will occupy the old historic church; Christmas demonstrations will feature throughout the day, and then as darkness falls, the streets will be lit up in a magnificent Christmas lights display!
